The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and IBM recently unveiled a new mobile application called “Get Results In Transition,” or GRIT, which is intended to help Veterans, active-duty service members and reservists strengthen their mental fitness, social connections and well-being. The app was developed in response to the growing concern about the rate of Veteran suicide, especially during the transition from active duty to civilian life. GRIT provides resources to improve individual situations and serves as a tool to build resiliency and overall well-being.

To learn how GRIT can assist you, visit Getting Results in Transition or call their help desk at 1-888-971-9770.
