The goal was to keep veterans threatened with foreclosure in their homes. It worked – incredibly well. But the North Carolina Foreclosure Prevention Fund (NCFPF) is almost over and time is running out to take advantage. New applications will not be accepted after July 31, 2019! Keep in mind that gathering all documentation necessary to submit an application to NCHFA can take up to 60 days. Also note, starting an application is not the same as a submitted application.
