When a wounded Veteran comes home, the entire family has to adjust to their new life. It’s often difficult to discuss these changes and injuries with young children, so Psych Armor has developed four new courses to help facilitate those conversations. The courses are led by wounded Veteran families and provide talking points to start conversations and tips to continue the discussions as children grow. The courses will also help families connect with their community and social network. The courses now available are:

  1. The Essentials of Injury Communication with Children
  2. Discussing Family Roles and Differences with Kids
  3. Hero at Home
  4. Supporting Children who Support Veterans
