Directory Streamlines Access and Supports Caregivers

The Defense Health Agency’s electronic Caregiver Resource Directoryelectronic Caregiver Resource Directory provides more than 2,000 trusted resources for caregivers of wounded warriors, accessible within three taps on their mobile phone, their computer, or tablet. Powered by the National Resource Directory, the eCRD streamlines access and supports caregivers through every stage of their journey.

“When we update the NRDNRD webpage with new resources, they are immediately added to the eCRD with just a check box,” said Jonathan Morris, deputy director of Warrior Care Recovery Coordination ProgramWarrior Care Recovery Coordination Program, highlighting one of its user-friendly features.
