Attend events during Healing Veterans Weekend, May 31-June 2

The Pamlico Rose Institute for Sustainable Communities will be hosting a weekend of events to support female Veterans in Washington, NC. Events will include the opening of a Veterans’ artist exhibit on Thursday evening; an optional dinner on Friday for the riders and their families, and support groups at Festival Park; a Friday evening reception and tour of historic Rose Haven, the re-integration home for female Veterans and the healing gardens, open to the public; a “TED-like” series of talks, VET Talks – IBX (Inner Banks), following the reception; a musical concert on Friday night; sunrise yoga on Saturday; and the Ride for Rose Haven starting at 7:15 a.m. on Saturday morning.
