As part of the VA / SAMHSA Governor’s Challenge to Prevent Service Member, Veteran, and Family (SMVF) Suicide, North Carolina is participating in a statewide strategic planning initiative focused on strengthening support for those transitioning from military to civilian life.
A collaborative group of partners across the state is working together to identify effective strategies and improve coordination of services for SMVF. Input from organizations that serve this community is essential.
We invite you to complete the Military Transitions Intercept Model (MTIM) Domain Selection Tool (DST). This brief information-gathering tool will help identify current areas of support and gaps in services across North Carolina.
