Telehealth Proves Successful for Veterans During Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the daily lives of Veterans across the country, including how they connect with their VA health care teams. They are increasingly using VA technologies such as My HealthVet, VA’s online health portal and VA Video Connect, VA’s secure video application. Experts say telehealth video visits by Veterans have increased by more than 1100%.
