The Governor’s Working Group on Veterans, Service Members, and their Families (GWG) is dedicated to identifying challenges and gaps in services for Veterans and their families and developing solutions and referring them to appropriate services and resources.  The February 22 meeting will focus on Women Veterans; presenters will include Terri Kane, NC Department of Military and Veterans Affairs; Annette Stevenson, NC Veterans Business Association; Shenekia Williams-Johnson, US Department of Veterans Affairs; Dr. Amy Smith, US Department of Vet­erans Affairs; Marie Stewart, US Department of Veterans Affairs; and Michelle Blanding, Family Endeavors.

This meeting will be held in the Situation Room on the ground floor of the NC Joint Force Headquarters, 1636 Gold Star Drive, Raleigh, NC 27606.
